About Yoga

Cristina is a certified RYT 200 Yoga Alliance teacher who understood that yoga is an amazing tool in achieving a deep connection between mind, body, spirit and Universe. After years when at every 6 months was going for physiotherapy as discomfort in upper and lower back were showing once she started practicing yoga regularly for the last 3 years her back and entire body is in harmony.

Cristina wants to dispel the myths of yoga in order to make the practice accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability and personal ideology. Second, she wants to cross the bounds of traditional yoga and use yoga as a tool to help support the physical, mental and emotional well-being of her clients.

Patanjali (2500-4000 years ago) defined yoga as, “the conscious process of gaining mastery of the mind.” By mastering the mind, we are able to reach our original state and unite with our Universal Self.

The requirements for a client to have a successful journey is:

The Desire to heal, Determination and Complete Commitment. It’s simple but necessary.
